UNFAIR CREDIT AGREEMENT / UNENFORCEABLE CREDIT AGREEMENTS
The Consumer Credit Act was designed to protect the consumer and first introduced in 1974. Major changes to this act have since taken place and came into force on 6th April 2007; these changes in legislation have now meant that the consumer can challenge any credit agreement taken out before 6th April 2007 on a number of issues.
If you have taken out a credit agreement before April 6th 2007 there may be an opportunity to have your balance completely written off.
